The Breezers, Bisley
This detached family home is situated in the Cotswold village of Bisley and dates from the early 1950’s, with a modern extension. The external roughcast render was debonding from the brick substrate and cracks where visible in some areas. There was evidence of green growth and red alga signs on the back elevation. The old render was hacked off and KEIM Universal Render was specified to create a smooth finish. Once dry, KEIM Soldalit was applied to provide durability and longevity.
