Bryn Gwalia Hall, Llangedwyn, Oswestry

Bryn Gwalia Hall is a 19th Century manor house in the rural area of Llangedwyn, Oswestry.

Bryan Roe, Senior Sales Executive of KEIM Mineral Paints visited the property and met with the owner to discuss the most suitable paint system.

The unpainted sand/cement render was generally in good condition. There was green growth and mould on the surface which was removed using KEIM Algicid, a non acidic fungicide wash. KEIM Spachtel, a mineral filler, was used for the larger cracks and KEIM Royalan Grob was applied over all surfaces to obliterate the hairline cracks.

KEIM Royalan was the specified paint system as the property is in a very exposed location.

This was the first time the decorator, Neil Jones, had used KEIM and he was very impressed. No doubt he will be using the products again. The owner is delighted with the results.
