Beauchamps, Wyddial, Buntingford
Beauchaumps is a Grade II listed country residence, located in a beautiful rural location on the outskirts of Wyddial, Hertfordshire.
The property, believed to date back to the 17th Century, was in need of a renovation. The rear and two side elevations of the property had been re-rendered in lime and then limewashed. This suffered problems and was redone a couple of times.
KEIM visited the project and recommended that the paint was to be scraped back and the render was repaired in places using a combination of KEIM Universal Render Fine & KEIM Spachtel.
KEIM Royalan Dilution was applied onto the stripped lime render. A two-coat application of KEIM Royalan was then applied due to the exposed location of the project.
