8 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London

The 18th Century building on the corner of Grosvenor Square is a residential development in Mayfair, London. It was built in the 1720s and has been owned by various aristocrats before being used by the US Army during World War 2.

Following a CPD presented by Anton Boekhoudt, National Architectural Business Development Manager of KEIM Mineral Paints, to Inskip Gee Architects, KEIM was specified for the works at 8 Grosvenor Square. Nicola Young, Senior Colourist of KEIM Mineral Paints visited the project to produce colour samples to blend the 1st floor brickwork.

KEIM Restauro Lasur was applied by Stone Restoration Services Ltd at a 10:1 ratio (10 parts KEIM Restauro Fixativ to 1 part KEIM Restauro Lasur) as a colourwash stain to the brickwork.
