Products Used & Why:

Keim Universal Render and Keim Granital onto the external render elevations.  Keim Universal Render was specified for its eco-friendly and sustainable properties, along with being breathable and easy to use. Keim Universal Render comprises a hydraulic lime and white cement binder with sand and mineral fibre fillers that can accommodate a high degree of movement while preventing surface crazing and cracking.  Keim Granital was chosen due to the colour availability along with its proven longlife decorative and protective integral finish.  Keim Granital is supported by British Board of Agrément certificate number 90/2394 for a minimum life of 15 years.
