The Grade II listed former public swimming baths were refurbished and renovated for use as a children’s nursery and community centre. A beach mural/scene has been painted in the pre-school children’s play area. Keim Mineral Paints were employed due to their longevity (it is expected to last at least 15 years due to the paint’s crystalline bond with the substrate). Keim Granital is completely lightfast and environmentally friendly being odourless, mould resistant, non-combustible, VOC free and produced from natural materials.
