Keim Granital onto previously painted medium textured render elevations and Keim Concretal to the new smooth concrete surfaces of the Walkway area.  Keim Granital was chosen due to the colour availability along with its proven longlife decorative and protective integral finish.  Keim Granital is supported by British Board of Agrément certificate number 90/2394 for a minimum life of 15 years.  Keim Concretal has been used on the concrete surfaces to provide a high performance and environmentally friendly solution.
