Q: How can we obtain current prices?
A: Although our price list is not currently available online, you can request price information via our enquiry form or by calling 01952 231250.
Q: How do you price your products?
A: There are four standard colour price groups based on pigments used and their concentrations.
Q: Do you offer discounts on your prices?
A: We offer discounts on a project by project basis, which is dependent upon the size of the job and the quantity of materials required.
Q: What do you charge for delivery?
A: A standard delivery charge is levied per order.
Application
Q: How do consumption rates vary according to the substrate?
A: When preparing a surface, it is worth noting that a rough surface uses more material than a smooth surface.
Q: What are the main surface conditions to consider?
A: The key conditions to consider are - is the surface wet or dry, is it free from contamination, is it painted or not, and are there any salts evident.
Q: What do you recommend as the best method of application?
A: We recommend brush, roller or spray (airless and/or low pressure) application.
Specials
Q: Do you offer an special mixes on your colour range?
A: We can mix any particular colour providing the colour falls within the overall Keim range.
Q: If a special colour is ordered will it take any longer to produce than one of your standard range.
A: Special colours are produced in the same time as standard colours.
Q: Can you provide samples of colours?
A: Samples are available on request and we reserve the right to charge for these.
Ordering
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order for any of our products by telephone, fax, or via email.
Please ensure when placing an order you provide the following information:
- quote an order number wherever possible
- state delivery address and postcode
- state invoice address if different from delivery address
- inform us of any special requirements.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment:
- cleared cheque
- credit card
- debit card
Q: Do you operate a trade account facility?
A: We do operate an account facility, but this is subject to status.
